TACVB - Texas Association of Convention and Visitors Bureaus

This annual event is hosted by TACVB and allows Texas bureaus to join forces and promote the use of CVB's as well as establish a stronger relationship with Austin meeting planners.

The 2008 Oscar Party & Co-City Marketing Blitz will be February 24-27, 2008 at The Mansion at Judges Hill in Austin.

2:00 pm	MANDATORY Meeting for ALL Blitz participants
3:00 pm - 5:00 pm	Volunteer assignments, decorating and sponsor table set-up
6:30 pm	Volunteers meet in Ballroom and go to volunteer location
6:45 pm – 8:00 pm	Welcome guests
6:45 pm – 7:40 pm	Reception
7:40 pm	Dinner served, view Oscars
10:00 pm	Escort guests out and clean-up
