TACVB Conference Scholarship Program

TACVB offers a maximum of three scholarships each to our Annual or Winter Conferences each year. Each scholarship includes one free registration to the conference plus reimbursement of expenses up to $500. Applications will be forwarded to the TACVB Scholarship Committee for their consideration. Please return your application and letter(s) of recommendation to TACVB no later than one month prior to each conference.

The following qualifications are required before your application can be considered:

• Applicants must be TACVB Members in good standing
• Scholarship applicants must work for a destination organization (DMO, CVB, City tourism department, or Chamber).
• To be considered, each scholarship applicant must include at least one letter of recommendation from the CEO of a TACVB member bureau OR from the chairman of your CVB/Chamber Board.
• To most fairly assist chambers/bureaus, scholarships will not be awarded to applicants from chambers/bureaus who received a TACVB scholarship the previous year.
