TxMET subscribers gain access through a web portal to share meeting records of organizations, meeting contacts, and meeting profiles. This web-based tool is designed to help TACVB members more effectively prospect for, book, and service Texas meetings.

The Who
Meetings and events are reportable if they meet the following criteria:
- The event rotates in Texas destinations.
- The event is held on a regular basis and has 10 or more room nights on peak.
- The event must be reported within 2 months of the closing of the event.
- Meetings qualifying for TxMET include but are not limited to sports, medical, military, government, religious, association, corporate, fraternal, etc.
